It was mid-May when I got my exclusive first peek into Boothbay Lobster Company. Construction was well under way and they were just weeks away from opening their doors. Amongst the buzz saws and hammers, we walked through the estimated 2800 square foot space while the team painted a picture of what what the space will look like, their menu, and their commitment to a quality product.
Well i’m thrilled to report that after a few weeks of a soft open, the doors of Boothbay Lobster Company are NOW OFFICIALLY OPEN!
I had a chance to stop by during this soft opening to say check-in with the Boothbay team, see the completed space and more importantly, sample from their quality, fresh seafood menu. It was wicked good!
